We’re looking for our new Executive Director!

NRG Consulting Group is helping Pennsylvania Voice hire their next Executive Director. PA Voice is the 501(c)3 table for more than 55 state and local-based organizations in PA, working year-round to create a more accessible, inclusive, and representative democracy by amplifying the voices, leadership, and expertise of communities that have historically experienced deliberate barriers to civic participation.

Ideal candidates have:

• Senior leadership experience setting and executing strategy in a political, advocacy, or civic engagement context, ideally with multi-entity orgs.
• Experience leading or coordinating coalitions, alliances, or multi-organization initiatives.
• A proven track record of securing major gifts or institutional funding.
• An understanding of Pennsylvania’s political and civic landscape.

This is a hybrid position in Philadelphia, PA and the salary range is $160,000-$175,000 plus benefits.
